The objective of this Pre-solicitation Notice (Notice) is to inform the vendor community that the Department of Information Resources (DIR) intends to release a Request for Offer (RFO) for End-User IT Outsourcing Services. In 2025, DIR posted RFO COOP2025SOL-00003 soliciting End-User IT Outsourcing Services but canceled the solicitation prior to award of any contracts due to administrative and technological issues.
