The Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) seeks a Successful Respondent to serve as the Shared Technology Services (STS) Security Operations (SecOps) Service Component Provider (SCP) for the Data Center Services (DCS) program, transitioning management of DIR’s current SecOps solution and program, to Successful Respondent.

The STS Security Operations purpose is to provide a central point of security oversight and responsibility using highly automated and scalable solutions that provide advance security and monitoring capabilities for DIR Customers, establishing vital defense protections against intrusion and inappropriate access to DCS environments.
