The City of Waco is requesting bids for “Landfill Yard Waste Grinding Services.” The agreement shall be for the grinding of all existing yard/wood waste stockpiles located on the landfill location.

Bids must be submitted on the attached bid sheets with attachments as required in specifications. Detailed specifications are included in Appendix D.

This is a One (1) year bid with Three (3) Optional One (1) year renewals, awarded through current City of Waco Fiscal Year or September 30, 2025.

Respondents are required to submit in writing each item included in the bid. Should any option,

part or other consideration be an extra to the bid, then it must be noted in the original bid, with

explanation and description before it is considered in the bid evaluation.
