The City of Waco is seeking a company to perform custom aerial videography (HD or 4K) temporal documentation of ongoing water quality concerns of sites of interest in the watershed, largely in Erath and Hamilton Counties. Five flyovers by drone, fixed wing or helicopter will be planned, starting with a survey flight and then 4 quarterly flights. The first trip will cover about 30 locations, and the subsequent trips will cover about 20 sites. Locations will be provided by either address or GPS coordinates. This solicitation will result in a multi-award contract, allowing the City to select one or more vendors based on availability, pricing, and responsiveness.
