The General Land Office (“GLO”) and the Veterans Land Board (“VLB”) (collectively the “GLO/VLB” or “Agency”) is requesting Statements of Qualifications (“SOQs”) from highly qualified firms to provide professional architectural and/or engineering (“A/E”) services for the Agency. The primary objective of this Solicitation is prequalification of A/E firms for specific specializations identified in Article II of the Solicitation, Scope of Work. Respondents to this Solicitation must have professional architects and/or engineers on staff that are registered and licensed to perform services in the State of Texas.
