Excavate and replace approximately 25 feet of the building drain starting from the far side of the standing water inside the garage and extending past the concrete sidewalk attached to the home. Approx. 20 feet of pipe replacement under concrete. Approx. 5 feet of pipe replacement beyond concrete to provide adequate space for installing a homeowner clean-out. Only working on sewer line*
