This is an emergency call to restore electricity to the apartment. The meter lugs need to be replaced. People live in the apartment.
Construct new driveway approach of 16 FT and curb & gutter of 16 FT.
Owner-occupied home; existing bedrooms will be reconfigured to reallocate existing space inside the home. 2 current bedrooms will be converted to 4 new bedrooms. New windows will be installed in the exterior facade. Electrical and mechanical will be reconfigured to adapt to the new layout. Work will be performed by homeowner.
