The objective of this Request for Offer (RFO) is to seek a Successful Respondent to provide a web-based software solution which stores personal inventories of earned academic and workforce credentials. The software solution may be configurable, but must be fully built, tested, and already in use in at least one production environment. A response without evidence of a fully developed solution is cause for disqualification.
