Yes. All project explorers, directory pages, market reports, tools, and public data are freely browsable. A free account also includes 1 saved search and 1 daily email alert. Paid plans add more searches and alerts, contact information, and data exports.
How does per-seat pricing work?
Paid plans are billed per seat. Choose your seat count at checkout — each seat multiplies your saved search, alert, and contact quotas, so a 3-seat Pro plan includes 30 saved searches and 300 contacts per month on one bill. Add or remove seats anytime; changes are prorated automatically.
Where does the data come from?
We aggregate from official Texas government sources: TDLR (Texas Dept of Licensing & Regulation), City of Austin open data APIs, county appraisal districts, and the Texas SmartBuy system. Data is synced daily.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep access through the end of your billing period, and you can resume with one click if you change your mind.
What format are data list downloads?
