How does per-seat pricing work?
Paid plans are billed per seat. API plans and business-profile subscriptions are separate. Choose your seat count at checkout — each seat multiplies your saved search, alert, and contact quotas, so a 3-seat Pro plan includes 30 saved searches and 300 contacts per month on one bill. You can add or remove seats anytime with prorated billing.
Can I cancel my Zabalist subscription anytime?
Absolutely. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. You keep access through the end of your billing period with no cancellation fees.
What is the difference between Scout, Pro, and Command plans?
Scout ($19/mo) includes 3 saved searches and 25 contacts/month per seat. Pro ($39/mo) includes 10 saved searches and 100 contacts/month per seat. Command ($99/mo) adds CSV exports, 25 searches, and 500 contacts/month plus 25% off data lists.
How many contact lookups do I get per month?
Scout includes 25 contact lookups per month, Pro includes 100, and Command includes 500. Contact lookups reveal available phone numbers and email addresses. Not every profile has both, and public-record contacts can change.
What format are data list downloads?
Data lists are delivered as CSV files for spreadsheets and compatible CRMs. Review the fields and sample for the specific list before purchasing; contact coverage varies.
Where does Zabalist data come from?
We aggregate from official Texas government sources: TDLR (Texas Dept of Licensing & Regulation), City of Austin open data APIs, county appraisal districts (TCAD, HCAD, WCAD), and the Texas SmartBuy system (ESBD). Sources update on different schedules. Check the source links and activity dates on each record.
