Sponsorships
Reach the people researching Texas construction
Zabalist is where contractors, developers, suppliers and owners look up who is building what in Texas. Sponsor a category and your company appears on the pages your buyers already visit — one advertiser per category per market, no auction, no bidding.
Catalog figures are read live from our database each hour. The traffic figure is Google Search Console organic clicks for July 2026; the four months through July ranged from 31,407 to 47,604 clicks per month, averaging roughly 37,700. We quote a single dated month rather than a peak, and we will show you the Search Console screen on request.
Statewide is $20,000/year — $3,400 less than buying all five markets separately, and it locks the category everywhere at once.

What a sponsorship includes
- →Category exclusivity. No competitor in your category appears in your market for the term. This is why inventory is finite and why we show you what is already sold.
- →Placement on qualifying pages — project records, company profiles and rankings in your market, labeled as paid.
- →A reporting page with your viewable impressions and clicks, updated daily, at a private link. No login to chase.
- →Checked before you pay, live as soon as you do. Your ad is reviewed against our content policy before checkout opens, so you are never charged for something we cannot run. If anything needs changing we say so — and propose wording that works — before any money moves.
How we count
An impression is counted when at least half of the placement has been visible in the browser for one continuous second — the IAB/MRC viewability threshold. We do not count an impression when the page is rendered on our server, only when a real browser actually displays it, so ad blockers and bots reduce our reported numbers rather than inflating them.
Clicks and impressions are filtered against the same bot list. We do this on both sides deliberately: filtering only impressions would quietly inflate every click-through rate we report to you.
Our numbers will read lower than a server-side counter would. That is the point — you can reconcile them against your own analytics, and they will roughly agree.
We are a small direct-sold publisher and are not audited by AAM or BPA. Rather than imply otherwise, we state the method and will walk you through the raw data.
