The Fingerprint ApplicationServices of Texas (FAST) program was established to provide fingerprintingservices for applicants and authorized entities. FAST aims to provideefficient, high-quality fingerprint acquisition services statewide through aprofessional, secure process. Its objectives include fingerprint collection;customer service; appointment scheduling, fee processing, acceptance ofelectronic and hard-card fingerprints, and submission of the fingerprint datato DPS. This Solicitation seeks to engage a qualified contractor to deliver amodern, secure service that fulfills the requirements of the FAST program.
