The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide statewide distribution services for printed brochures promoting African American heritage in Texas. The purpose of this solicitation is to engage a vendor capable of stocking, monitoring, and replenishing literature in display racks located at businesses and visitor-serving locations across Texas. These brochures are designed to increase awareness and visitation to sites listed in the brochures.
