The Texas Historical Commission (THC) is soliciting bids from qualified vendors to provide statewide distribution services for printed rack cards promoting Texas’s historic sites. The purpose of this solicitation is to engage a vendor capable of stocking, monitoring, and replenishing literature in display racks located at businesses and visitor-serving locations across Texas. These rack cards are designed to increase awareness and visitation to THC historic sites.

This solicitation is being issued in accordance with Section 2155.067 of the Texas Government Code governing proprietary purchases. While it complies with all applicable state procurement requirements, the services described herein are considered proprietary due to the use of existing vendor-owned infrastructure and operational constraints that limit competition.
