This project renovatesthe Biology Lab at HCC’s West Loop Campus, located at 5601W. Loop South, Houston, Texas 77081 and will affect 1,595sq. ft. of science laboratory classroom space. Theproject requires the contractor to provide selective demolition, installation ofnew laboratory casework, updated electrical and lighting systems, newunderfloor plumbing infrastructure, and mechanical system modifications. Theseimprovements are necessary to enhance functionality, improve safety, and ensurethe laboratory meets current academic and operational requirements.
