Project Description

This is a State Let Building Contract for Georgetown AEM Facility Renovation and

Expansion, including a new Area Engineer office- Georgetown, Austin District

Anticipated Invitation for Bids (IFB) Publish Date

The expected IFB publishing date is on or around December 2026. Once the IFB

is published, notice will be placed on the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD)

at: https://www.txsmartbuy.gov/esbd and TxDOT Procurement Portal Euna

(formally Bonfire) https://txdot.bonfirehub.com/.

Obtaining IFB Documents

Once published, interested Contractors may download the IFB documents by
