Bastrop County is requesting proposals for the construction of a new single-story building that is designed

with a total of 13,640 gross square feet. The construction design for this building is type II-B (Noncombustible)

Sprinklered construction. The design also calls for 102 parking stalls, to include 5 ADA

parking stalls. The awarded contractor will be responsible for requesting all necessary permits for this

project.
