6/23/25 Addendum 1; Per TGC2269 and 437.054, The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from General Contractors to construct single-story barracks at the Camp Bowie Training Center in Brownwood, Texas. The project includes new construction of the buildings, along with site work, supporting utilities, architectural, structural, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire suppression and alarm, and IT/telecom trades. Exterior improvements include building signage, civil site modifications, asphalt paving, concrete walkways, demolition of existing and new utility lines. The estimated cost of this project for Base Proposal is $16,900,000.00 and Proposal Options is estimated $5,900,000.00. General Contractors must request via the group email CampBowieFY25TrainingCtrUpgrades@cfmo.mil.texas.gov the Drawings/Plans and Specifications electronically in digital format. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 10:00 AM CT, Wednesday, May 28, 2025, OR 10:00 AM CT, Thursday, May 29, 2025, at 5601 FM 45 South, Brownwood, Texas 76801. Failure to attend one of the two site visits will result in disqualification of the response.
