Per TGC 2269 and 437 Per TGC2269 and 437.054, The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals from General Contractors to modernize the Texas Army National Guard Readiness Center (RC) facility in Bastrop, Texas, including mitigation of life safety and code-related deficiencies while simultaneously improving mission capabilities. Work includes but is not limited to the modernization of the new power and data systems and replacement of existing concrete coffin emplacements for the Multi-Purpose Machine Gun (MPMG) Range Infrastructure at the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) Facilities at Camp Swift. The estimated Base Cost of this project is $1,754,000.00 with Proposal Options estimated at $180,000.00. General Contractors must request via the group email FY25CampSwiftMPMGRange@cfmo.mil.texas.gov the Drawings/Plans and Specifications electronically in digital format. Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 1:00 PM CT, Wednesday, June 25, 2025, OR 10:00 AM CT, Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 1705 HWY 95, Bastrop, Texas 78602. Failure to attend one of the two site visits will result in disqualification of the response. Competitive Sealed Proposals for TMD25-CFMO-40228, Camp Swift MPMG Range Infrastructure Modernization project will be received by the TMD until 10:00 AM CT, Wednesday, August 6, 2025, at Camp Mabry, Building 37, Austin, Texas 78703.
