Per Texas Government Code 437.054, the Texas Military Department is seeking bids for the interior remodel of existing space on the first floor of Building 75 and the addition of chain-link fencing within the existing MOV adjacent to the building at Camp Mabry, located at 2200 West 35th Street, Austin, Texas 78703.

The Contractor shall supply all labor, tools, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the work under the contract. General Contractors must request the Plans and Specifications electronically via the group email FY26CampMabry75SecureRM@cfmo.mil.texas.gov

A mandatory site visit will be held at 2200 West 35th Street, Bldg. 75 - Parking lot, Austin, Texas 78703 at 10:00 A.M. OR 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, December 4, 2025. Failure to attend one of the two (2) site visits will result in the disqualification of the response. The total estimated cost of this project is $275,000.00.

Competitive sealed bids for TMD26-CFMO-0042294 Camp Mabry Bldg. 75 Secure Storage Facility will be received by TMD until 10:00 AM CT, Tuesday, January 13, 2026, at Camp Mabry Bldg. 37, Austin, Texas 78703.
