Camp Swift Bldg. 232 Foundation Repairs

Per TGC 2269 and 437.054, The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking competitive sealed proposals for Camp Swift Bldg. 232 Foundation Repairs at Bastrop, Texas. Vendors must provide all materials, equipment, labor, coordination, and supervisory activities necessary to complete construction of the project. The project includes, but is not limited to, the execution of construction services to provide a structurally sound repair of the existing barracks foundation that provides a structure available for follow on use. The project will provide at minimum a structurally sound foundation, load-bearing walls, and roof assembly that is watertight, along with rough and fine grading within a five (5) foot perimeter of the building for positive drainage away from the building. Bermuda sod shall be placed at all disturbed soils and maintained until established to prevent erosion. The estimated Cost of this project is $1,300,000.00 including options.

Vendors MUST attend one (1) of the two (2) MANDATORY site visits at 2:00 PM CT, Tuesday, June 30, 2026, and 10:00 AM CT, Wednesday, July 1, 2026, at Camp Swift 1705 State Highway 95, Bastrop, Texas 78602. Failure to attend one of the two site visits will result in disqualification of the response.

Competitive Sealed Proposals for TMD26-CFMO-0044837 Camp Swift Bldg. 232 Foundation Repairs will be received by the TMD until 9:00 AM CT, Tuesday, August 11, 2026,at Camp Mabry, building 37, Austin, Texas 78703.
