TMD26-FMO-0043128 Split System Replacement

The Texas Military Department (TMD) is seeking a Contractor to remove three existing twined 5-ton

split HVAC systems and the installation of three (3) new non-twined single 5 (five)-ton split systems.

The objective is to improve system efficiency, reliability, and maintain compliance with current

codes and standards while ensuring uninterrupted facility operations. The Contractor shall perform

all work in accordance with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, manufacturer

requirements, and TMD policies. The scope includes safe removal and disposal of existing

equipment, installation of new systems, necessary ductwork modifications, electrical and gas

connections, and full system commissioning. All work must be executed with attention to safety,

quality, and minimal disruption to facility operations. This job will be at the California Crossing

Readiness Center located at 1775 California Crossing Road, Dallas, Texas 75220.
