GM NATIONAL & MTM BUILDERS JV

GM National & MTM Builders JV is a full-service general contractor. We focus on supporting the Dept. of Defense's mission readiness and modernization efforts on military bases and at military healthcare facilities through ground-up construction projects and facility renovation projects. Throughout our history we have successfully completed 450+ federal agency and commercial projects, 60 hospital projects and five (5) national historic renovations across 22 military bases and three (3) medical centers, over the past 25 years, with a total contract value exceeding $95M. GM National & MTM Builders JV projects have benefitted approximately 1M service members and civilians throughout our history.
