Removing wall in dining to create study with French door removing furdown in kitchen and dining. Rerouting electric and HVSAC ducts. Kitchen reconfiguration moving plumbing and electrical. New island with electricity. Move oven range. Install wine fridge at bar. Replace window above sink. Install new lighting new electrical panel and subpanel
