Chip flooring to remove cracked cast iron sewer line. Re-pipe above slab with pvc install shower valve and shower head update water lines above slab with pex update and install new water heater with 18 stand drain pan and tmp valve piped to exterior appropriate high/low venting system in water heater closet update gas system with appropriate valves and dirt legs move stove gas supply valve from behind stove to cabinet next to stove. Replace hose bibbs.
