SEE/USE 2021-206003 PP FOR THIS WORK. This should not be issued as a Trade Only Permit. Underground storage tanks new fuel pumps other trades involved. Not eligible for Trade Only Permit. Do not final. Needs to be submitted for review. *** update note: Some of this work is associated with one BP that is active some is potentially part of a different reviewed and approved BP. Should be revisions and associate with Parent BP. Finally there are currently 3 pending permit PPs already issued adding a 4th as a stand alone will be massively confusing and most likely other permits will need to be withdrawn.
