Home had a Fire... Remodel Code Upgrades to pass; 1) Permit Plumbing 2) Correct Ice Maker Box to one with water hammer arrestor 3) Correct washer Machine Box to one with water hammer arrestors. 4) Correct Gas stop and drip leg on water heater. 5) Water Heater - Create 1 clearance from roofing material where gas vent passes thru roof. Done by Jesus. 6) Correct gas stop on furnace and add drip leg 7) Furnace - Create 1 clearance from roofing material where gas vent passes thru roof. 8) install 2 - 4 Fresh air drops in furnace closet for combustion air. 9) Repair and anchor water lines and drain at lavatory fixture rough. 10) Repair tub spout area with correct piping and support. 11) Test tub with existing drain in place fill tub with water and test. 12) Test Gas line to house ( This is a pass or fail portion and no repairs are included in this price. Repairs can be quoted or done at time and material basis. Walls are open and piping i inside is visible to test. ) 13) Correct Gas stop at stove area. Gas stop must be accessible by remote location when stove is in place. Usually located in adjacent cabinet. 14) Correct Plumbing Vent Line on the Main Bathroom Plumbing. Inspector wants it changed thru and out the roof. Roofing will need patch and repair by others
