Location Whataburger #992 Description of Project: Remove the existing (1) 10 -ton Electric Heat Rooftop Package unit for the Kitchen Remove the existing (1) 7.5 -ton Gas Heat Rooftop Package unit for the Dining Room Remove the existing (1) 7.5 -ton Gas Heat Rooftop Package unit for the Dining Room Install a new (1) 10 -ton Electric Heat Rooftop Package unit for the Kitchen Install a new (1) 7.5 -ton Gas Heat Rooftop Package unit for the Dining Room Install a new (1) 7.5 -ton Gas Heat Rooftop Package unit for the Dining Room Included: Removal and disposal of old system(s) 1 Crane Lifts/Rigging (Remove units install new units) Installation of (3) Room Thermostats with (3) Remote Temperature and (3) Remote Humidity sensors Mechanical permit Labor (Normal Business Hours 7am - 6pm) and Misc. Materials Meet with Smoke/Fire - Life/Safety Contractor if any wiring issues as needed Start-up of systems Excluded: Whataburger HVAC Controls Interface with new Lennox HVAC Equipment Electrical Fire Alarm Smoke/Fire Controls issues requires the hiring of Life/Safety Contractor Warranty: 1-Year Parts and Labor Warranty on installation of Lennox (3) Rooftop Package unit
