WR 202045 13435 US 183 HWY (P5) QC. Install 1PH Sec Riser. Cust: Install 2-3 Galv Cnd (10) Grande to work with State HWY Dept to transfer to 18PB @Pole #243213 Above is what is on the AE Print WR. After a meeting with AE inspector Clayton he would like Renegade Group (QC) to relocate the wheatherhead and clevis attachment to the Granite business at 13560 HWY 183. This will consist to schedule an outage with the business. Then replace the triplex to the new point of attachment and enter the new weatherhead location and clear the violation for Grande Communication to run their fiber.
