Reconfigure interior layout resulting in a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom dwelling unit on 1st floor and a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom dwelling unit on the 2nd floor. Revision 1: Remove new alley approach and new off street parking spaces from scope of work.
