Upgrading electrical service at 1027 Ellingson Lane Austin TX. 78751. Fundamentally this is a service upgrade however the main electrical service needs to be moved. The main electrical service is on a shed not the main house. The other issue is that the electrical service is mounted on a wall of the shed so that its on a wall of the shed in the neighbors house. The shed needs to be torn down and the electrical service needs to be put where it belongs on the main house
