Addition/ remodel of existing 2 story SFR Revision: We will not be doing the kitchen remodel or the addition off the kitchen. We are only remodeling the upstairs at this time. We are not using the original contractors drawings for upstairs. We have new sets of plans for each bathroom. There will still be 3 bathroom remodels upstairs and we will be moving some walls around which required new engineered drawings which we have.
