REVISION: Add Electrical Permit to 1) replace two receptacles in kitchen with AF/GC; 2) replace damaged romex on outside back wall of kitchen; 3) replace exterior receptacle with proper GFCI and in-use cover replace receptacles on second box and install in-use cover
