📋 Project Description

Kinsey Plumbing Services will remove the sewer system through tunnel and trenching from the home and replace the old system with a new schedule 40 PVC. The tunnel will begin under the front door and from the back of the home we will be tunneling approximately 70ft plus or minus. the sewer trench in the front yard will be approximately 35ft from the homeowner cleanout to the city tap. kinsey will have pictures uploaded of all tunnel work with directional arrows and house address along with the engineer report on the tunnel submitted to the city inspector. the home has one kitchen washing machine and bathroom downstairs two bathrooms upstairs. approximately 2230 sq ft home.
