Modification of transformer secondary conductors and terminations to Service Distribution Enclosure per SOBE E1.01 & E2.01 dated 10/24/2024 Labor only for SDE upgrade to current AE standards Demo existing (qty. 3)-sets of (4x400KCMIL CU THWN-2/THHN) *upon completion of tenant work Provide and Install (qty. 1)-set of (4x400KCMIL CU THWN-2THHN) Provide and Install manufactured buss provide modifications to SDE for current AE standards compliance Terminate in SDE (AE shall terminate in XFMR) Coordinate with AE landlord & tenant EC for outages *Estimated (qty. 3) after-hours outages 1. SDE replacement 2. tenant & landlord conductor installation 3. demo & final cutover
