📋 Project Description

Replace existing cabinet style water source heat pump in room N11 with a WSHP suspended above grid ceiling utilizing existing water lines/power and tapping into the N11 restroom drain for condensate. Replace like for like total of 3 existing 20 gallon electric water heaters in the schools custodial closets. Replace a qty of 12 lights in the current gym with 12 new high efficiency pendant lights. Demo will not disrupt learning environment/take place summer 2025.
