📋 Project Description

Scope of work includes: ¿ Re-route yard line from meter to house under sidewalk and into garage wall. Includes two shut off valves PRV and insulation where exposed. ¿ Install new 50 gallon water heater at existing location. Deluxe package with extended warranty included at no additional charge. ¿ Install water softener in garage next to water heater closet. ¿ Install new PEX water supply lines through the attic with insulation to all current faucet locations. Includes swapping washer and dryer location at home owner request. ¿ Replace two toilets with customer requested toilet (Kohler Model K-5481-RA-0 Highline Collection White; 2 Round 1 Elongated).
