Plumbing Permit - Repair
Tunnel repair to failed cast iron drains: Cut out 3 legs of cast iron piping in conjunction with a compromised WYE fitting. Use stainless steel repair couplings to adapt to the existing cast iron piping Install a new 3¿ PVC WYE fitting. Use stainless steel hangers to mount the drain system to the slab to prevent any settling/shifting. No foundation or sheetrock being removed. The drains are located in the kitchen & bathroom.
