📋 Project Description

Safe extraction of 20 LF deteriorated fascia board located between units 424 and 414 at building 3. Replace fascia board including the supply and installation of 20 LF using treated wood or alternative materials. Remove the existing column and install a new plate on top to support structural headers. Reinforce the landing by installing a new angle iron to the existing joist ensuring enhanced structural stability. Application of precision alignment secure fastening and moisture-resistant treatments to ensure long-term durability.
