Retroactively permit detached pergola with wood deck at rear of existing 2-story single family residence. 5/2/25 SM REVISED: Deck and pergola are extensions from an existing deck/pergola. Added large stone patio with an island for a refrigerator and a fire pit original grill and sink cabinet had to be deleted due to AE clearances.
