***Building and all plumbing in the ground and in walls is existing from the previous business. This permit is solely for fixture replacements and a new gas system. There are existing vent a hoods over the cooking equipment. Plumbing repairs needed. Gas work- -Re-pipe a completely new Gas main from the gas meter- 1 Gas Main 1 Solenoid valve 1 Gas water heater 4 gas Burners at kitchen Plumbing work- -(1)Replace the 3 Comp sink and re pipe drain to the existing floor sink. -(1)Replace the gas water heater. -(1)Replace the restroom sink faucet p-trap and supply lines. -(1)Replace the toilet and supply line.
