📋 Project Description

Adding demising walls to create a suite from an already existing full floor tenant. Most of the suite is existing to remain. Will be adding in a reception area with a desk 3 conf rooms & an office on the plan north side & creating an open workstation area on the plan south side with ph. rms & conf. The rest of the space will stay existing to remain. Only doing work for approx 3600 SF.
