📋 Project Description
Emergency repairs to damaged riser wires and weatherhead cause. Replaced all damaged parts including riser weather head and wires. No other parts were replaced this was just a direct 1 for 1 repair. This was inspected by the emergency on call inspector passed and turned over to AE for reconnect. ***Storm Related-Emergency inspection done on 6/1/25. NO ESPA needed-Hyatt***
