Addition and remodel (full scope attached) 8/11/25 SM - Scope of work: - Deck Railing and Primary bath to be inspected under new owner permit. - Full interior cosmetic upgrade (flooring lighting and plumbing fixtures cabinets paint) - Bath exhausts were updated (like for like) (Kitchen venthood has new ducting to roof) - New sliding door in primary and living room (Enlarged the header) - 2 New water heaters - Added a door for Garage space returned from previous conversion to habitable) - New windows (Possible enlarged headers) - Replaced tile in all showers - Interior mechanical closet does not have an appropriate return plenum with filter insert. - Laundry converted to stacked units (new duct and electrical) - EV receptacle added to garage. - New electrical conductors observed in attic new CSST observed in attic Test Tee observed in sanitation in crawlspace.
