📋 Project Description

Tunnel and replace all underfloor cast iron with new PVC. Replace the sewer yard line. The tunnel is about 8 into the building toward the toilet with 2-3 side tunnels to the shower bathtub and lavatories. At the kitchen sink we will cut about a 15 x 15 section out of the sink cabinet and drywall to run the new drain line outside. At the washer we will cut about a 4x4 section of drywall to add a new washer box and run that through the outside wall. The new sewer yard line will run around the right side of the house across the front yard and driveway down to the existing city sewer connection at the easement. The kitchen/washer line will run around the left side of the house and connect to the front section of the sewer yard line. We are running about 14 of pipe underfloor 6 in the 2 walls and 200 outside regardless of what pipe existed.
