📋 Project Description
During recent thunderstorms a large tree branch fell on the overhead service of the residence. The owner noticed issues with their house and contacted Austin Energy. AE determined the service loop out of the weatherhead was inadequate and cut the overhead service to the house. A new service loop and weatherhead has been installed. AE is requesting a COA inspection in order to restore power.
