Roof replacement for an existing elementary school building. Scope includes removal of existing modified bituminous roof system to the metal deck cleaning of the metal deck installation of a new single-ply roof system with a minimum R-25 roof insulation above the roof deck & use of membrane that meets the 2021 IECC reflectivity as specified. No MEP equipment will be replaced or modified; scope of work is strictly to remove and replace the roof system. AISD Project
