📋 Project Description

1. Indoor Air Handler with 15kW Heat Strip ¿ Install a new 60A 3-phase circuit from the electrical panel to a ceiling-mounted junction box. ¿ Branch off this circuit to supply power to the indoor air handler with 15 kW electric heat. ¿ Install a new 60A 3-phase disconnect at the air handler location. ¿ Provide and install a 60A 3-pole breaker in the existing electrical panel. 2. Rooftop Condenser Unit ¿ Run a new 50A 3-phase circuit from the electrical panel to the rooftop condensing unit. ¿ Provide and install a 50A 3-pole breaker in the panel. ¿ Fabricate and mount a rooftop electrical rack to support: ¿ A 3-phase disconnect for the condenser unit. ¿ A 120V general-purpose receptacle outlet. 3. 120V General Purpose Outlet ¿ Run a dedicated 120V circuit from the panel to the rooftop rack. ¿ Provide and install a single-pole 120V breaker in the panel. ¿ Install a weatherproof outlet on the electrical rack for general rooftop use.
