📋 Project Description

Installing new 40A-240V circuit to detached 120sqft office building. Power will originate from main exterior panel up through attic then outside inside EMT conduit down wall change to PVC and go underground in pvc inside trench of required depth. 40A circuit will terminate in sub panel on backside of building to power a 120V 20A circuit for outlets and lighting a 240V 15A circuit for a mini split AC unit. Grounding of electrical system will be done via ufer ground in slab. All work will be compliant with 2023 NEC codes.
