Building Permit - Addition and Remodel
The scope of work includes the retroactive permitting of previously constructed additions to the existing single-family residence including an exterior side patio side terrace with pergola rear patio first-story addition and the addition of a second story. New improvements consist of an interior remodel to add one bedroom and one bathroom on the second floor as well as the installation of a new outdoor shower. The project also includes the partial demolition of a noncompliant front deck and the complete demolition of a noncompliant pavilion.
