interior remodel - (applicant was told this falls out of scope of IR and is in fact an addition but they insisted on processing it anyways) Adding new garage doors enclose carport adding new French doors and steps of the den removing doors off upstairs balcony and either replacing with windows or covering them up with siding REVISED 9/8/25 SM - Carport is just getting garage doors on the front the sides will remain open. The den is no longer getting steps and a door (replacing windows like for like).
